Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to recognize the power of your network. Actively build and leverage relationships—seek them out, nurture them, and use them strategically. Networking opens doors to knowledge, opportunities, and perspectives that can be invaluable throughout your career.

Equally important is the idea of giving back. Once you’ve established yourself, take the time to mentor and support the next generation. Sharing your experience and guidance not only strengthens others but also helps shape a more connected and empowered professional community.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me, both in my work and personal life, are being personable and intentional. I believe in fostering open communication and sharing knowledge, because building genuine connections and intentionally supporting others creates stronger relationships, better collaboration, and meaningful impact.
