Kate Sharp

I am a transformational life coach, customer success leader, and consultant with over two decades of experience helping individuals and organizations grow, align, and thrive. I currently work as a Transformational Life Coach through Kate Sharp Consulting & Coaching, a role I have held since 2025, where I help people become the next best version of themselves—a truer, more authentic and intentional version—by focusing on inner growth and alignment to understand patterns, strengths, and blockers, gain confidence in their choices, clarify values and align goals, break big ambitions into strategic milestones, build supportive routines, communicate with clarity and authority, navigate complex relationships, establish healthy boundaries, advocate effectively, and advance their careers with confidence and intention.

I also serve as a Customer Success Consultant, a role I have held since October 2021, where I help tech leaders and professionals align metrics to business objectives, clarify responsibilities, grow relationship-builders into sellers, optimize implementation to reduce time-to-value, streamline renewal workflows, break down silos, navigate change with clarity, foster inner motivation, and lead with empathy.

Prior to this, I spent over six years at BrainStorm Inc., where I served as Director of Client Success for over four years, driving record retention, coaching high-performing tech professionals, leading AI adoption, and driving end-user technology adoption for all industries including thirty percent of Fortune 100 companies. I also served as Team Lead and Enterprise Client Success Manager, where I drove technology adoption for Fortune 100 companies, financial services institutions, and government agencies, planned and managed digital transformations, and innovated data-driven retention strategies. I have served as a Coach with Grounded Transformational Coaching since 1996, coaching people to understand and advocate for themselves better for over twenty-eight years.

Earlier in my career, I served as Implementation Consultant at Entrata for three years, where I mentored team members, led data migrations and multi-product implementations, decreased time-to-value threefold, and proposed critical features that salvaged key accounts. I also served as Product Fulfillment Specialist, where I improved efficiency by one hundred and thirty percent, managed and improved satisfaction and loyalty, and drove new features. I also worked as a Property Manager and Business Manager on a freelance basis for over eight years.

Across my career in coaching, customer success, and consulting, my work has been driven by a commitment to helping people and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and authenticity. Whether I am coaching an individual through a life transition, advising a tech leader on customer success strategy, or leading a team to drive retention and adoption, I bring empathy, strategic thinking, and a deep belief in the potential of every person and organization to create meaningful change.
