Katelyn Powell is a dynamic and results-driven program management leader currently serving as Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) at Quavo Fraud & Disputes. With a strong foundation in professional services and financial technology, she brings a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence to every initiative she leads. Passionate about building efficient, scalable systems that drive meaningful outcomes, Katelyn has developed a reputation for fostering collaboration, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable business impact across complex, cross-functional programs.

Before joining Quavo, Katelyn held several leadership roles at InvestCloud, Inc., where she spearheaded client engagement and delivery strategies as Head of Professional Services for Mid-Markets and later as Client Portfolio Director. Her earlier career at Paycom and Coyote Logistics further strengthened her expertise in project management, client relations, and operational efficiency—skills that have become cornerstones of her leadership style. Her diverse experience across technology and service-driven organizations reflects her adaptability and her passion for creating value through innovation and teamwork.

A proud graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Marketing, Katelyn is equally committed to lifelong learning and community involvement. She is an active member of the Junior League and volunteers regularly with her church and the Humane Society. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active as a certified Body Bar Pilates instructor—including leading classes for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers—and spending time with her beloved pets. Driven by authenticity, integrity, and accountability, Katelyn continues to lead with empathy and excellence, always striving to help her teams and organization move forward with purpose.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my family, especially my mother, whose strong work ethic and determination set the standard for me. Her example taught me the value of perseverance, dedication, and integrity in everything I do.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that being an influential woman isn’t always about having the loudest voice in the room. True influence comes from confidence, authenticity, and the ability to lead with purpose and empathy.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to remember that every rejection is simply a redirection toward something better. Keep leading with transparency, empathy, and a touch of grit—these qualities will not only set you apart but also sustain you throughout your journey.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are authenticity, integrity, and accountability. I believe in showing up as my true self, staying honest in all my interactions, and taking responsibility for my actions and decisions.
