Her Interview

Ten minutes with Katerina

01What do you attribute your success to?

A big portion is just good luck. I've seen a lot of people put a lot more effort than I have and not always yield the same results. I've been very lucky to work with leadership that has been very supportive and critical of my work which has helped me think how to get better.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice has always been to just not be scared. Take work week by week a little bit. There is enough jobs out there, the right thing just comes along, and if you're putting enough effort in, things just tend to work out.
