Katerina Pudas

Katerina Pudas serves as Strategic Account Executive at Personify Health, based in Chanhassen, Minnesota. In this role, she manages a book of business worth about $8 million, selling the company's well-being app and platform that enables users to track healthy habits, participate in challenges, and receive personalized information. Her professional journey began with a community health education degree obtained in 2011, motivated by her experience as primary caregiver to her grandparents and their lack of access to health education. She spent the first half of her career at Health Fitness as a health coach and later as a health coach trainer for approximately four years, traveling across the country to locations including Pfizer Puerto Rico and Duke University to train other coaches. After a period in insurance sales during the pandemic, she returned to the well-being sector at Personify Health, where she also held a health coaching position. Pudas recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification after an eight-month program and 15 years of personal practice, fulfilling a long-held dream to teach yoga.
