Her Story
About Katheren
Katheren Prinz-Ray has worked in the veterinary field for the past 11 years. She began her career in 2015 as a receptionist and, through hard work and dedication, advanced to the role of Office Manager.
Before entering veterinary medicine, Katheren earned an Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts. After deciding she needed a change from the culinary industry, she pursued a career working with animals—a decision she has never regretted. Her passion for both pets and the people who love them has made the veterinary field the perfect fit.
As Office Manager, she oversees reception, boarding, daycare, and daily clinic operations while helping ensure clients and their pets receive exceptional care. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with families and creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door.
Outside of work, Katheren is a full-time mom to two wonderful children. Balancing a busy career, motherhood, and family life keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Everything I do is driven by the desire to make them proud and provide the best life possible for them.

Biggest challenge:
One of my biggest challenges is trying to make sure everyone is happy. As both an Office Manager and a mom, I naturally want to support the people around me.
