Katherin Jimenez
Katherin Jimenez is an Organizational Alignment Advisor specializing in diagnosing execution gaps, role confusion, and burnout in mission-driven teams. Over the past nine years, she has worked closely with leaders and teams across nonprofit, workforce, and regulated service environments, helping programs launch, expand, and stabilize. As a first-generation Latina navigating complex organizations, Katherin brings a deep understanding of how decisions flow, how roles function in practice, and where accountability quietly breaks down.
Her work centers on evaluating organizational systems with an analytical, steady approach grounded in real operating conditions rather than theory or trends. She focuses on clarifying expectations, aligning responsibility, and optimizing decision-making processes to improve trust, access, and outcomes over time. Katherin partners with professionals and organizations that care deeply about their mission but feel stuck, offering alignment audits, clarity mapping, and execution roadmaps to ensure sustainable performance and measurable results.
Katherin holds a PhD in Organizational Management: Executive Coaching from Liberty University and a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Walden University. She has supplemented her education with certifications in project management, life purpose coaching, and entrepreneurship from Cornell University and Google. Beyond her advisory work, Katherin actively volunteers with Lean In Latinas and Lambda Theta Alpha, mentoring first-generation professionals and supporting programs that empower communities.
