01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, perseverance, and the incredible people who have supported and mentored me throughout my career. I have been fortunate to work alongside leaders and colleagues who challenged me to grow, encouraged me to keep learning, and believed in my potential. Personally, I was also driven by a desire to show my daughters that they could overcome adversity and accomplish anything. After the passing of my husband, I remained committed to moving forward and demonstrating that resilience, determination, and hard work can lead to meaningful success.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have ever received is, "Do what you love, and love what you do." That simple philosophy has guided my career decisions and has helped me stay passionate about my work. When you genuinely enjoy what you do, challenges become opportunities to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I encourage young women to keep pushing forward and never underestimate the value of hard work. Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone or take on new challenges. Your dedication and commitment will be recognized, and the right people will notice your potential, support your growth, and help guide your career. Believe in yourself, stay persistent, and continue learning every day.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges facing manufacturing today is the ongoing strain on supply chains and the increasing difficulty of obtaining materials. At the same time, there are tremendous opportunities for individuals entering the industry, particularly as machine operators, CNC operators, engineers, and manufacturing professionals. As technology continues to evolve, there is significant potential for skilled individuals to build rewarding careers while helping drive innovation and operational excellence.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, integrity, and kindness are the values that guide both my professional and personal life. I believe in treating people with respect, leading by example, and building relationships based on trust.
