Katherine Chiccarelli, M.S., is a seasoned energy consultant with over 15 years of experience driving process improvement and program management in the electric and gas utility sectors. Currently a Senior Energy Consultant at KRC Consulting, LLC, she leverages her expertise in project management, data analysis, and visual reporting to support clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving measurable results. Katherine’s work consistently integrates Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Prior to joining KRC Consulting, Katherine served as an Evaluation Project Manager at Applied Energy Group, Inc., where she directed client communications and managed comprehensive evaluations of Energy Efficiency and Demand Response portfolios for multiple utility clients. Her experience spans statistical analysis, regulatory accounting, smart grid program management, and technical consulting, demonstrating a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Throughout her career, she has cultivated a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, strategic problem-solving, and fostering collaborative client relationships.

Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Spanish from Boston University. She is a certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt and is passionate about leveraging her analytical skills to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the energy sector.
