I am a Senior Transaction Manager in Program Management at JLL, where I have served since June 2026, employed by JLL and supporting Bank of America. As the primary point of contact supporting the Bank of America account, I centralize transaction reporting across major facility partners to oversee the national real estate footprint and lead strategic reviews that drive executive decision-making. Previously at JLL, I was a Transaction Manager for the Southeast Region, overseeing complex real estate transactions for Bank of America including ATM acquisitions, Financial Center dispositions and sales, lease renewals, and sale-leaseback arrangements, managing transaction documentation, regulatory compliance, and client communications while collaborating with brokers, legal counsel, and financial analysts to execute deals under tight deadlines, and consistently delivering significant cost savings through strategic negotiations and process improvements. Earlier, I was a Transaction Specialist and Client Services Coordinator at CBRE in West Palm Beach and Boca Raton, Florida, managing a diverse commercial real estate portfolio across retail, office, multi-family, land, and industrial sectors, serving as primary client liaison, preparing market analyses, RFPs, and broker opinions of value, conducting site tours, supporting lease negotiations, tracking transaction activity, drafting transaction documents, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating meetings and commission payments. I was also Director of Marketing and Sales at Atlantic Commercial Group in Delray Beach, Florida, leading implementation of a new CRM platform, directing online marketing initiatives, and managing Google Analytics, and a Marketing Coordinator at APM Management, LLC in Winter Park, Florida.
