About Kathleen
Kathleen M. Dowe is a retired educator and ordained minister whose ministry is centered on prayer, faith, and service to others. Since 2011, she has operated the Prayer Mobile, a vehicle covered in Scripture that serves as a unique outreach ministry through which she travels to pray with and for individuals. After attending Joan Hunter’s ministry in Tomball, Texas, Kathleen felt called to pursue ministry and was subsequently ordained. Her work reflects a deep commitment to offering encouragement, spiritual support, and hope to those in need.
Kathleen is also the author of her first book, My God Incidences, which shares personal stories of divine protection, intervention, and faith. The book includes her experience surviving breast cancer during chemotherapy, highlighting the strength and spiritual resilience that have shaped her journey. In addition to her ministry work, Kathleen serves on her church’s prayer team and leads the Sisters Radiant Sisters small group. She also participates in weekend ministry, hospital visits, and provides prayer support to individuals throughout the Georgetown, Texas, area.
A lifelong advocate for education and service, Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas, and a master’s degree in Administration from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Her career as an educator, combined with her ministry and community outreach, reflects a lifelong dedication to helping others. Through the Prayer Mobile, her church involvement, writing, and personal ministry, Kathleen continues to inspire faith, provide comfort, and serve as a source of encouragement to those around her.
