About Kathleen
She is a distinguished clinical psychologist and ADHD specialist with over five decades of experience in clinical practice, research, and professional education, currently serving as Founder of the Institute for Lifespan ADHD Training, where she provides professional ADHD masterclasses, speaking engagements, and private consultations and assessments. She is also the Founder and Director of The Chesapeake Center ADHD, Learning and Behavioral Health, a nationally recognized Center of Excellence she founded in 2002 and led for 24 years, where she transformed ADHD care through innovative, evidence-based programs. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida. She is recognized as a visionary, compassionate, and pioneering leader who has dedicated her career to advancing ADHD care, education, and advocacy across the lifespan.
