KATHLEEN ODONNELL

I am a licensed project architect with over a decade of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration across diverse project types including mixed-use, residential, retail, and community-focused developments, currently serving as Project Architect at Acheson Doyle Partners Architects, P.C., a role I have held since 2023, where I lead architectural projects from concept through construction, manage client relationships, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Prior to this role, I served as Project Architect at Gensler for over a year and a half, where I contributed to complex projects in a hybrid capacity in the New York City metropolitan area, and as Project Architect at Learning Lions for over a year, where I worked in Lodwar, Turkana County, Kenya, bringing my architectural expertise to community-focused projects. I also served as Technical Designer II at NELSON for two years, where I supported technical design and project delivery, and as Assistant Project Manager at The Martin Architectural Group for over two years in the Greater Philadelphia area, where I contributed to single-home, mixed-use, and retail design, assisted construction document production, generated design study documents, managed construction administration between owners and consultants, guided the design team in Revit training, and assisted in the design of marketing presentation documents.

Across my career in architecture and project management, my work has been driven by a commitment to creating thoughtful, functional, and sustainable spaces that respond to client needs, community context, and design excellence. Whether I am leading projects at a global firm, contributing to community-based design in Kenya, or managing construction administration, I bring a collaborative approach, strong technical skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that make a lasting impact. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing architectural excellence at Acheson Doyle Partners Architects.
