Reed remained with her initial employer for 30 years, holding various positions and ultimately serving as a quality assurance specialist responsible for external and internal audits and best practices across multiple jurisdictions. After taking time off to raise her three children, she transitioned to a new company where she now works as a complex claims handler managing catastrophic injury cases.
