My primary areas of expertise include intelligence analysis, legal research and writing, appellate law, state and federal litigation, regulatory and government affairs, and law firm partnership leadership.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to seek guidance from a broad group of mentors with diverse professional backgrounds, recognizing that learning from multiple perspectives is far more valuable than relying on a single advisor.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the legal field is to embrace male-dominated spaces without intimidation, practice law authentically, adapt confidently to challenges, and build a diverse network of mentors while trusting their own abilities.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in the legal field today include navigating traditional cultures that weren’t built with women in mind and advocating for greater inclusion at senior levels. At the same time, there are significant opportunities through growing visibility for women leaders, stronger mentorship networks, increased diversity in firm partnerships, and platforms that expand professional recognition and connections.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, confidence, inclusion, mentorship, continuous learning, and supporting the advancement of women and girls.
