About Kathryn

She is a dedicated nonprofit and organizational development leader with a strong focus on equity, data-driven strategy, and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Grants and Data Manager at the Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless, where she manages grants and data to support homelessness prevention and intervention efforts.
