Kathryn Crosby

She is a dedicated nonprofit and organizational development leader with a strong focus on equity, data-driven strategy, and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Grants and Data Manager at the Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless, where she manages grants and data to support homelessness prevention and intervention efforts. She also serves as Adjunct Instructor at Virginia State University, teaching and mentoring students. She is the Founder of Magnitude Solutions, providing strategic consulting services. Her career includes serving as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at a Regional Healthcare Center, and as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at the Virginia Department of Health. She holds a Master of Human Relations in Organizational Change and Strategic Impact from the University of Oklahoma and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. She is recognized as a strategic, equity-focused, and mission-driven leader who is deeply committed to advancing organizational effectiveness, social justice, and community impact through thoughtful strategy and inclusive leadership.
