Kathryn Dziedzic

I am a strategic operations leader and entrepreneur passionate about building organizations that create meaningful impact. As COO and Co-founder of TriCelX Inc., I lead business strategy, operational systems, and growth initiatives that help transform ideas into scalable ventures. Before launching TriCelX, I served as Director of Philanthropy at Steadman Philippon Research Institute, where I strengthened donor relationships and supported groundbreaking medical research through strategic fundraising. I also held leadership roles with the Aspen Chamber Resort Association and Friends of the Aspen Animal Shelter, focusing on membership growth, fundraising campaigns, and community partnerships. Earlier in my career, I founded KAD, LLC and worked as a Field Manager with Clean Water Action, experiences that shaped my commitment to mission-driven leadership. I thrive at the intersection of entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and operations, and I’m passionate about mentoring teams, building strong partnerships, and creating organizations that grow with purpose.
