About Kathryn
A customer service and retail operations professional with experience in team supervision, insurance support, and store management. Currently works as a Licensed Insurance Agent at TTEC, helping consumers compare coverage options and enroll in Medicare Advantage Plans. Previous experience includes more than a decade at Imperial Pools & Patio, where they advanced from retail sales associate to Store Manager. Also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and holds an MBA.
