What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work and a little bit of luck, and I’m especially proud of building a thriving company just six weeks after my twin daughters were born—a legacy I hope they’ll always be proud of.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always strive to be the most prepared person in the room, a lesson reinforced by impactful mentors like Steve Gross, who gave me my first internship, and Michael McClintock, my last supervisor before starting my own company.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to feel it in your core—working in health and wellness isn’t just about providing medication; it’s about giving people your time, attention, and care.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is managing time effectively, because there are never enough hours in the day to meet the needs of patients, clients, and teams.
