Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my parents. I come from a family of educators - my mother was a public school teacher and my father was a professional accountant, both college graduates. Education was a very high contributing factor in my upbringing. Also, my faith is central to my success. My parents were faith-filled and taught our family to be the same. Beyond that, I think my own dedication and drive and hard work have been essential to where I am today.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have confidence in your skills and abilities. Be open to learn and grow, always. Every situation is an opportunity to learn and grow. That openness to continuous learning and that confidence in what you bring to the table will serve you well throughout your career.
