Kathy Alpert

She is a seasoned author, publisher, and communications professional with over three decades of experience in publishing, publicity, and marketing, currently serving as Director and Deltiologist at PostMark Press, where she has been an author and publisher since 2001. Prior to this role, she owned Alpert Communications for over a decade, a publicity and marketing agency specializing in consumer product industry clients including retailers, restaurants, fitness clubs, and trade associations, where she developed press kits, created sales and marketing collateral, and executed special events. She holds a B.A. in English from American University, where she wrote for and cartooned for the student newspaper. She is recognized as a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional who combines strong writing and publishing expertise with a deep commitment to storytelling and communication.
