Ten minutes with Kathy

01What do you attribute your success to?

My motto is kindness changes everything! I just love helping others. Even in my current role doing patient registration, I can still make positive contributions to the community. People tend gravitate towards me. I believe they see and feel the true compassion that I have. I love that in my current position, I can still tap into my resources to help others, give support, and sometimes just a simple hug or gesture like passing on an angel knickknack makes a big impact. Throughout my career, supervisors saw my potential and mentored me up the career ladder. And throughout my career, I also enjoyed mentoring and encourage others to develop and grow. I strongly believed that if my team is happy and successful, then I'm successful!
