Ten minutes with Katie
01What do you attribute your success to?
Definitely mindset. Staying in a very positive mindset, surrounding yourself with the support system you need. Finding your foundation and your home ground of what your support system is is very, very important.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just go for it. Take the step. It's okay to fail. You'll learn something from it, no matter what. Take the step, get out of your own way, work, get up early, get your done, make sure every day you're taking a step forward towards your goals. Keep on going, never give up. Don't ask for people's opinions unless they're in a position that they're already doing and have achieved what you're doing. Just keep going with your gut and keep moving forward.
