What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to always be open and honest. Transparency builds trust, fosters stronger relationships, and creates opportunities for genuine growth—both personally and professionally.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the industry right now is managing the instant gratification that comes with the use of apps and balancing that with the pressure of client expectations. However, I see this as an opportunity—there’s always room to grow, adapt, and continue learning in this ever-evolving field.
