Katie Doyle

Katie Doyle is a visionary leader and passionate advocate in the fertility and surrogacy space, with over 13 years of experience spanning patient care, practice administration, business development, and consulting.
Her career began in hospitality with Hilton, where she mastered the art of exceptional service, anticipating needs, and creating seamless client experiences. That foundation became her hallmark in fertility care - designing concierge-style international journeys that blend the warmth of hospitality with the precision of medical expertise.
Katie has worked with some of the most reputable clinics and agencies in the American market, learning from the best and uniting diverse perspectives to reimagine what fertility care can be. Guided by the strictest ethical standards, she blends professional expertise with personal passion, constantly challenging assumptions and seeking better ways to support intended parents and surrogates.
As President of Noomi Surrogacy and a mother through IVF/PGT-SR, Katie believes family building should feel like a beautiful blessing, not a burden - especially for those who have already faced the hardship of infertility. She is committed to making procreation a journey that is unlimited in possibility, and beautiful and dignified by design.
