Katie Grishman

Katie Grishman is the founder and president of her own corporate real estate strategy consulting firm based in New York City. With 27 years of experience in the industry, she helps companies with large headquarters moves and regional office setups by determining space needs, assembling design and broker teams, overseeing project managers, and implementing global standards for finishes and furniture to reduce costs. Grishman reopened her firm three years ago after serving as Global Head of Design and Construction for Citadel and Citadel Securities from 2019 to 2023. Previously, she was a director at OC Development handling turnkey work in New York City, director of design and construction at Tishman Spire where she contributed to the Goldman Sachs World Headquarters project, and worked at Turner Construction on the 383 Madison building above Grand Central. She earned a degree in structural engineering and later an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development to shift toward the business side of real estate after starting her career implementing designs.
