Katie Gracia Homa

She is a seasoned sustainability and supply chain professional with over eight years of experience driving environmental strategy, circular economy initiatives, and sustainable supply chain transformation across the food and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Sustainability at HelloFresh, she leads the Sustainable Supply Chain and Circular Economy team in the Global Sustainability Function. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager and Sustainability Manager for North America at HelloFresh, where she advanced the company's sustainability agenda across the region. She began her HelloFresh career in supply chain planning and analytics, providing her with a strong operational foundation before transitioning into sustainability leadership. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Pro-Bono Consultant for ReGrained, where she constructed the company's first cradle-to-gate Life-Cycle Assessment to quantify GHG emissions, and as a Final Capstone Project Manager for C40 Cities, where she developed recommendations on incorporating youth climate activist demands into climate action planning. She also served as a Sustainability Intern at Under Armour and as a Field Marketing Intern at Hubert's Lemonade. She holds an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and completed a Bachelor's degree at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She is recognized as a strategic, data-driven, and impact-oriented leader who bridges supply chain operations and sustainability to build more resilient and responsible business systems.
