About Katie
Katie Radhe is the Interior Design Operations Manager at Raegan Ford Design in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she supports the growth and daily operations of a nationally recognized interior design firm specializing in luxury residential and Greek housing projects. Since joining the firm in 2026, she has helped support the company’s growth from five to 20 employees while developing processes to accommodate projects at universities across the country, including Arizona State University and the University of Arizona. In her current role, Radhe oversees onboarding, HR, payroll, benefits, team building, travel coordination and administrative operations while providing direct support to the owner and leadership team.
Radhe brings a diverse professional background spanning interior design operations, home building, municipal permitting, real estate and 15 years of retail management. She previously held office management and development roles with Thomas James Homes, Sunstone Two Tree and LGI Homes, where she gained extensive experience in permitting, administration, team leadership, customer service and operational processes. Her career began in the beauty industry after graduating from Saguaro High School in Tucson, Arizona, and earning her cosmetology and esthetics license in 2007. She initially practiced with a medical group before transitioning into management, ultimately building a career centered on leadership, organization and creating efficient systems.
Radhe attributes much of her professional growth to mentors who taught her the importance of being impeccable with her word, following through on commitments, leading by example, treating people with kindness and ensuring that everyone feels seen and heard. She brings these principles into her approach to leadership and operations, emphasizing accountability, communication and positive team experiences. Looking ahead, she sees significant opportunities to maximize processes and technology, adapt to advances in artificial intelligence, remain flexible as the industry evolves and consistently deliver exceptional client experiences. Outside of her professional work, Radhe is committed to community involvement, including volunteer efforts supporting children and animal welfare.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being impeccable with my word and following through on what I say I’m going to do, always striving to deliver on time. Open communication, transparency, and accountability have helped me build trust and strong professional relationships throughout my career. I also believe in leading by example, treating people with kindness and respect, remaining open-minded, and understanding different perspectives. Most importantly, I make an effort to ensure that everyone I work with feels seen, heard, and valued.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be impeccable with my word and follow through on what I say I’m going to do, and to do it on time. I’ve learned that open communication, transparency, and accountability are essential to building trust, especially when working in HR and implementing policies. I also believe in leading by example, treating people with kindness and respect, and taking the time to understand that everyone comes from different experiences and perspectives. Most importantly, I strive to make sure every person feels seen, heard, and valued.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Maximizing processes and software to execute project timelines in construction which can be a moving target, adapting to AI integration, being flexible and open-minded, having plan B, and using tools to deliver flawless client experience without letting them see you sweat.
