What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to authenticity, persistence, and empathy. I believe that genuinely listening, connecting, and caring about people has helped me build strong relationships and trust within my teams. Staying true to my values and maintaining consistency in everything I do has allowed me to make a meaningful impact while supporting others in their career journeys.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my dad, Bill Lynch. He’s always led with kindness and fairness, treated everyone he meets with respect, and shown me that challenges are best met with logic, patience, and perseverance. I’d also like to recognize my mentor, Randi Davis, who taught me to persevere and to always lead with integrity. As a VP in the HR field, her guidance has been invaluable in shaping my growth and perspective as a recruiter. Randi continues to offer unwavering support and insight, reminding me of the value I bring to my work. They reminded me that real leadership isn’t about authority—it’s about empathy, consistency, and setting the example for others to follow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to invest in learning and embrace challenges early on. Never underestimate the power of relationships—your success will come from how well you listen, connect, and follow through. Stay adaptable, stay curious, and remember that growth often comes from the moments that push you outside your comfort zone.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the shortage of new massage therapists entering the workforce due to declining enrollment in training programs. At the same time, there’s a tremendous opportunity as wellness and self-care become more valued in everyday life—creating space to reimagine recruitment, highlight the meaningful impact of this work, and inspire more people to join the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity and compassion guide everything I do, both professionally and personally. I believe in treating everyone with honesty and respect, fostering teamwork, and leading with empathy. Outside of work, I find balance through yoga and spending time with my two young daughters, which keeps me grounded and reminds me why I do what I do.
