What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a strong ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable strategy while staying grounded in mission and impact. I lead with a solutions-focused mindset, combining disciplined execution with the flexibility required in highly regulated, evolving healthcare environments. Building and empowering high‑performing teams has been central to my approach, as sustainable results are driven through aligned leadership and shared accountability. I also credit my success to deep partnerships with executive and clinical leaders, ensuring people strategy directly supports access, quality, and patient outcomes. Above all, my success is rooted in a commitment to continuous learning, integrity, and leading change with purpose.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay true to who you are. Authenticity builds trust and credibility, especially in leadership roles where people are watching how you show up under pressure. When your decisions and leadership style align with your values, it becomes easier to navigate complexity and make difficult choices. Staying true to yourself also prevents chasing roles or titles that don’t align with your purpose. Ultimately, authenticity creates sustainable success and leadership that resonates with others.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay curious and never stop asking questions. Curiosity accelerates learning and builds confidence, especially in complex and evolving environments like healthcare. Asking questions opens doors to mentorship, deeper understanding, and better decision-making. Most importantly, it empowers you to grow into a thoughtful, informed, and impactful leader.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in our field right now is meaningful partnership working together rather than competing on the same challenges. Many organizations are facing similar workforce, regulatory, and operational issues, and collaboration allows us to solve them faster and smarter. By sharing best practices and aligning efforts, we can avoid reinventing processes that already work. The real opportunity lies in strengthening what exists together to create greater impact for the communities we serve.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are integrity, curiosity, and purpose. In my work, they guide how I lead, make decisions, and build trust while keeping mission and impact at the center. In my personal life, those same values ground me, ensuring authenticity, continuous growth, and meaningful connection.
