Her Interview
Ten minutes with Katie
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Change is like an old friend in new clothes. When you work in technology, the industry is always running a full court sprint, and what you do 6 months from now will not be what you did 6 months ago, and so you have to be really adaptable and really comfortable, but the truth of the matter is, the core principles of what we do in our industry are unchanging.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
There are no dumb questions. It's okay to be vulnerable with people and not know all of the answers. It's more important to ask and get the right information than it is to suffer through the consequences of an avoidable mistake.
