Katie Wrigley

Katie Wrigley is a nervous system coach based in Topsham, Maine, where she owns The Catapult Effect. With a little over 5 years of experience, she uses the Cognomovement modality, a mind-body system that grants direct access to the nervous system to facilitate rapid and sustainable change. Her work helps high performers, including coaches, financial professionals, real estate agents, police officers, and those in traditional or alternative healing spaces, to establish a more resourceful nervous system baseline, reduce chronic stress, and integrate simple daily practices for balance. Wrigley holds a business degree from Northeastern University, awarded in June 2002, and credentials as a Certified Neuroscience Coach (CNC) and Level 2 Cognitive Movement Practitioner (L2CP). She is a member of the Guild of Honor and the Maine Chamber of Commerce. Wrigley is also the author of the book From Crutches to Half Marathon, which reached three Amazon bestsellers and recounts her journey overcoming 25 years of back pain through Cognomovement after nearly undergoing neurosurgery, as well as reclaiming her life from early childhood trauma.
