About Katina
Katina Ammons is a career planning specialist at Empire Beauty School, where she has served for two years guiding students in cosmetology and entrepreneurship. A graduate of Empire Beauty School herself and licensed in cosmetology since 2012, she draws on her background to mentor the next generation of beauty professionals. She also operates One Such Virtual Solutions as a virtual assistant. Earlier, she spent 17 and a half years at Verizon, earning the Director's Award for three consecutive years. She volunteers with Block Love Charlotte, serving houseless neighbors in the community. Her journey reflects a commitment to mentorship, service, and helping others pursue their potential through education and entrepreneurship.
