About Katina
She is an entrepreneur and community-focused leader with over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and compliance. She has owned Levingston Medical since 2000, working across medical billing, coding, credentialing, HIPAA compliance, auditing, and marketing. She also founded the Tough Kookie Foundation in 2018 and the Twin City Multicultural Council in 2022, reflecting her focus on community support and multicultural initiatives. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Healthcare Management and Organizational Leadership, with a 3.7 GPA and Honors distinction from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
