About Katiuska
I am a scientist researcher who has built my professional life in Latin America for 25 years before moving from Mexico to the U.S. one year ago. I am developing a specialized environmental testing business in San Diego, California, focusing on mold, asbestos, and lead-based paint to protect workers from hazardous materials. As an AI specialist, I teach classes on developing scientific articles and advise universities in Bolivia and Guatemala on ethical AI use in education. I hold a PhD in educational research with a focus on emerging technology, a master's in technology information, a bachelor's as a systems engineer, and a certification from MIT in AI.
