Katlyn Jaramillo

I started my career at Wynn Las Vegas in 2010, where I worked in various food and beverage roles as well as on the hotel and convention side of things. During COVID, I was called and asked to assist with the on-site crisis management team. Upon reopening with the rest of the world, that was where I was positioned, and I was thrown into a whirlwind of learning what crisis management means and how they support different industries in the world. Since February 2023, I've been with Discovery Land Company for a little over 3 years now. My areas of expertise are administration and operations - I create systems and fine-tune them to best serve everybody. My greatest professional achievement would be the involvement that I have with our legal team and the due diligence that we are doing for prospective buyers for our company. Personally, my greatest achievement was becoming a mother in 2024.
