She is advancing her education with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in progress and a Master's expected by spring 2028. Under her leadership, the company has received Best of Georgia recognition in the desserts category for both 2024 and 2025.

01What do you attribute your success to?

Ultimately, my faith in God attributes to my success, along with having a good support staff and team. There's no way I could do this without my husband helping me on the back end. He does a lot of the operational side of things, where I'm the creative and the face of Little Mama's. Also my family being supportive as well as a good group of friends, and having an attitude that giving up is not an option.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise her to do it. Just do it. I tell everyone, especially the ones that I mentor, that done is better than perfect. If you're waiting for the perfect time, or the perfect thing, this is the perfect situation to make it happen, it's never gonna show up. We've always had the mindset that done is better than perfect. If we do it, we can perfect it along the way, but if we're waiting to get it perfect, it'll never get done.
