I am fortunate to be able to work from home, so I am fully remote, but I do spend about 50% of my time out in the field visiting restaurants and going out to kind of prospect new business. Mondays and Fridays, I typically stay in office and just kind of answer emails and create bookings and things like that. And then the three other days of the week, it's primarily out of the house, and I'm at the restaurants or out in the field visiting clients, prospecting new clients, dropping off treats to them, just kind of staying top of mind within the community of the locations that I cover. I've been in this field my entire career, starting as a hostess and working my way up into the events world where I've stayed for the past 10 years.
