01What do you attribute your success to?

My success is rooted in my unwavering faith, resilience, and commitment to personal growth.  It is attributed not only to perseverance and continuous self-improvement, but also to my genuine desire to serve others, create safe spaces for healing, and help people recognize that transformation is possible regardless of their past circumstances.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received was actually a quote: "Grow where you are planted"

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It takes faith, confidence, persistence and commitment to succeed. So don't give up.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The podcast and coaching industries are both very competitive yet, opportunities abound. It takes very minimal monetary investment to start a podcast and or coaching business. The biggest challenge with podcasting is getting sponsorships.
