01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Know your worth and don't settle for the bare minimum. Make sure you get good benefits and avoid working crazy hours, as 12-hour shifts are usually the best.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the bigger challenges is clients who can tend to get violent. It's difficult, but as long as you follow the safety protocols you should be good. I've gotten hurt once, but it happens. It's hard to always predict when behaviors are coming up, so it's just a matter of remembering the safety protocol.
