01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Choose where you shine and what makes your point of view rattle the cages of people who you want to work with. When your point of view makes people think differently then you have the potential to help them act differently. Find what space you know more about this topic more than 80% of the people. Develop the ability to speak and be heard and reach people.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
