Katy Proctor

I transitioned from teaching to sales, bringing with me a consultative approach that I learned in the classroom - not everybody learns the same way, and everybody is extremely different. In my current role, I work with post-acute care organizations including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health, and home care agencies. I sell a learning management system that houses compliance training content these organizations need to meet state and federal requirements. My day-to-day includes prospecting, hosting demos and discovery calls, writing proposals, putting together presentations, and mentoring new hires about one day a week. What I love about this work is being consultative in the sales process - these agencies are often in deep with a lot going on, and they need somebody to listen to their needs and put together a solution that meets them where they are. I've been fortunate to achieve President's Club three consecutive years since starting, and was named Mid Market Account Executive of the Year in 2025.
