I attribute my success to a strong internal drive and a desire to live my life to its fullest potential. I am deeply curious and committed to continuous learning, always seeking opportunities to grow, adapt, and expand my perspective. That motivation to improve—both personally and professionally—has guided my decisions and sustained my progress over time.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to actively leverage their networks and be intentional about choosing mentors who can help guide them through each stage of their careers. Strong mentors provide perspective, open doors, and help you navigate challenges with confidence. Never underestimate the power of networking—you never know where a conversation or connection may lead.
