Kay Corse

Kay Corse is an accomplished commercial real estate and property management professional with more than 40 years of combined experience across multifamily and commercial real estate. After spending more than three decades in multifamily management, she transitioned into commercial real estate nearly a decade ago and has built a strong track record managing retail and commercial properties. In her current role as Senior Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company, Kay oversees complex portfolios and focuses on operational excellence, asset performance, tenant satisfaction, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Throughout her career, Kay has developed expertise in property operations, financial management, lease negotiations and renewals, tenant and vendor relations, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, contract management, and capital improvement projects. She has managed portfolios encompassing hundreds of thousands of square feet, maintained high occupancy rates, improved tenant retention, and successfully recovered delinquent accounts. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years as a Regional Property Manager with JPI, where her performance earned recognition as a top regional property manager. Her ability to combine financial oversight, customer-focused service, and practical problem-solving has been central to her success.

Kay studied Fashion Merchandising at Texas Woman’s University before continuing her business studies at the University of North Texas. Her extensive hands-on experience has provided her with deep industry knowledge and a strong foundation in commercial property management. She is committed to creating positive, supportive work environments built on communication, teamwork, respect, and strong leadership. Outside of work, Kay enjoys working out, running with her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and going to the movies. She also gives back to her community through her long-standing volunteer service at Fellowship Church.
