About Kay
Kay Taylor serves as the Vendor Rebates Manager at SP Richards, where she oversees collections of rebates from vendors on wholesale products including household goods, paper goods, technology, snacks, and school supplies. She manages a team of three and interacts with the chief financial officer and president regarding rebate funds. With over 20 years in the corporate field and five years building her own venture, she is establishing a business management consulting service for entrepreneurs and small businesses, assisting with invoicing, scheduling, client follow-up, and administrative support. She is also co-partnering with Express Conveyance to build clientele for commercial cleaning, junk removal, and medical carrier services. Kay emphasizes patience and thorough documentation as key to professional success, along with execution, planning, and staying the course.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The greatest piece of advice that I've received throughout my career is patience. Being patient. Knowing how to and also documentation. If you document everything, it supports what you're looking for and what your findings were.
