Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work, determination, and the support of previous managers that really elevated me to make this decision and move forward with it. There was a great influence, her name is Jennifer. I actually started with her back in the day at Thomson Reuters, and we've kind of grown and went to different companies together, in a sense. She actually became my manager for a little portion on the sales side, and she is really one who influenced me and encouraged me to go after what I'm in today. So she was a big part of that for me.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've ever received is that your role is not who you are, and it does not define who you are. It's just a part of who you are.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value growth, impact, and creativity in both my professional and personal life. Professionally, I find fulfillment in helping others succeed—through coaching, training, and strategic guidance—and take pride in seeing them build confidence, achieve goals, and generate tangible results. As a mom to a 13-year-old daughter, I stay engaged and motivated, and outside of work, I pursue my passions in dance, arts, and crafts, including pottery and painting. Creativity and self-expression are central to who I am, and I practice daily gratitude to stay grounded while supporting others and continuing my own growth.
