Kayla Castrup

I am a commercial insurance professional with over a decade of experience in client advisory, account management, and service leadership, currently serving as a Client Advisor at Lightwell – Colorado, a role I have held since September 2025. In this position, I provide strategic insurance guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex commercial coverage needs and build long-term partnerships based on trust and expertise.

Prior to joining Lightwell, I spent over four years at Brown & Brown Insurance, where I served as Commercial Service Leader for over two years and as Commercial Lines Account Executive for over four years. In these roles, I managed commercial accounts, led service teams, and delivered tailored insurance solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Before Brown & Brown, I spent over seven years as an Insurance Agent at Goetz Insurors, where I developed my foundation in commercial insurance and built strong relationships with clients.

I hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Morgan Community College and studied Marketing at the University of Northern Colorado.

Whether I am advising clients on coverage options, managing accounts, or leading service teams, I bring a client-centered approach, deep industry expertise, and a dedication to helping businesses protect what matters most.
