Kayla Foster

Kayla Foster has spent two and a half years in quality control for a mission-critical group at her current company, where she helps build data centers. In a typical day she walks the field or floor to assess job progress, waits for crews to complete wiring and bus work, then conducts inspections to verify that work meets standards before releasing it to the next phase and eventual shipment to the client. Foster attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, first studying paralegal work and later instrumentation and controls and automation. She is a member of ASQ and has been recognized for running her department while her boss was on medical leave, with managers at the site frequently turning to her for direction even outside her formal role. She represents Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
