Kayla Jones

Kayla Jones serves as a Client Account Manager at JP Morgan in Columbus, Ohio. She entered the workforce after beginning her studies at the University of Kentucky for two years before transferring to Ohio State University, where she earned a degree in Consumer and Family Financial Services. Jones started her professional career in December 2019 as a contractor on the Venture Intermediary Services Invoice Team and was hired full time in October 2020. She received a promotion one year later and transitioned to her current client account manager role in March 2024.
