Kayla Mosaquites

She is an accomplished sales, law enforcement, and emergency medical services professional with over sixteen years of experience across corporate sales, public safety, federal investigations, and higher education. Currently serving as Territory Sales Manager at Philip Morris International, she manages a multi-market territory, develops and maintains retail partnerships, executes sales and merchandising strategies, conducts performance analysis, and identifies growth opportunities. She was recognized with the PMI DNA Award in Fall 2025 for performance and demonstration of the company's values and culture. Her earlier career includes serving as a Police Officer with the City of Sioux City, where she was selected as a Verbal Judo and TacMed Instructor, as a Background Investigator III at CACI Ltd, where she conducted federal background investigations for OPM and NBIB contracts while holding a Top Secret security clearance, as an Adjunct Instructor at Western Iowa Tech Community College, where she taught EMT and Advanced EMT courses for nearly eight years, and as a Paramedic and Field Training Officer at Siouxland Paramedics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Police Science from Bellevue University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, and an Associate of Science from Western Iowa Tech Community College.
